NEW! Kitchen

Agatha Amsterdam loves to bring colour and pattern to your home! After adding a touch of Portugal to your living- or bedroom with our beautiful cushions and throws, we would like to brighten up your kitchen with our new line of decorative yet functional kitchen textiles.

The patterns and colours are rooted in my origin, like the traditional Portuguese swallows or the typical facade tiles that inspired our colourful and modern geometrical patterns. The whole range of kitchen textiles is being produced in Portugal and designed with great love for detail in our studio in Amsterdam. In collaboration with SofiaParapluie, we created a set of two different tea towels with “Amsterdam Houses” patterns in tonal and modern designs.

The Agatha Amsterdam linen & cotton tea towel dries dishes perfectly and quick, leaving no traces or stripes. After weaving, it is being treated with a stonewash finishing, which gives it an extra soft and gentle touch and ages beautifully, getting softer every time you wash it. You can combine the different colours and patterns of our tea towels beautifully with each other or with our brand-new line of knitted kitchen cloths.

We would like to offer a sustainable alternative to conventional kitchen wipes, Knitted in a soft 100% cotton yarn, you can wash them with your laundry and continue to use them for a long period of time.

The design of the kitchen cloths is inspired by the traditional Portuguese Costa Nova beach houses with their typical stripes and they are available in different colours and come in a set of two. Use them as a cleaning cloth for the kitchen or as a napkin or table coaster, the beautiful colours of our kitchen cloths will add a dash of brightness to your home.

The Agatha Amsterdam tea towels and kitchen cloths are the perfect present for yourself or someone you love, adding color and pattern to your kitchen, giving it a unique touch of Portuguese inspired design with a laidback Amsterdam attitude.
